About Tuscan Hill
Tuscan Hill is a gated estate dramatically situated atop twelve quiet, private, rolling acres. Though construction completed in 2006, the distinctive architectural design and decor of the home on Tuscan Hill exudes a timeless Italian/Mediterranean-style ambiance.
We have indoor space for up to 80 guests for events such as executive/leadership offsite meetings, couples and women's retreats, micro weddings, celebrations of life, and small groups of every kind. We have outdoor space for up to 240. We offer overnight lodging options in some of our suites.
The Grounds – As the gate opens, the home on Tuscan Hill becomes more visible at the top of the long, curved lane with a deep forest to the right and a more manicured lawn to the left. The property boasts a variety of idyllic settings for your outdoor event. Tuscan Hill has hosted numerous nonprofit events, as well as corporate and wedding events. We’ve counted Fourteen (14) different ceremony locations on the property where Couples have visualized their wedding ceremony!
Clients typically choose between two reception spaces. One reception space is the 4300 sf of open patio space on two levels. The top level has an outdoor kitchen with serving area and a large dance area. The lower level patio area includes a beautiful blue pool with a 14’ water fountain. Another reception option is our 3600 sq ft white tent, 18’ peak, 7’ walls, concrete patio flooring, equipped with lights, fans and patio heaters. Both the tent and the 2-level patio options can accommodate 240 guests at round tables.
The Main Floor is comprised of 2800 sf of five unique, free-flowing, interconnected spaces perfect for special gatherings. For larger events, Tuscan Hill’s Main Floor is open for clients, event organizers and/or bridal party and family during the preparation hours of the day. Once the Reception is underway, the lounge and restroom closest to the reception space remain open for guests. For smaller events, the Main Floor can accommodate up to 80 guests seated at tables.
The Second Floor – When you book Tuscan Hill for your wedding, the entire private floor is yours for the day! This luxurious 2500 sq ft private retreat is one of Tuscan Hill’s greatest treasures. You and your bridal party have it all to yourselves to get ready for the special event! Amenities include a chromotherapy spa, steam shower, bidet, fireplace, wet bar, refrigerator, bride’s lounge, groom’s lounge, double staircases, a Juliet balcony on the front and a large patio balcony on the back.
Consider Tuscan Hill for small events such as couples retreats, executive retreats, photo shoots, offsite strategic business planning, engagement parties, nonprofit board meetings, conferences, church events, weddings and receptions for up to 80 guests inside, as well as larger events for up to 240 guests outside around the pool or under the 3600 sf tent..
